Welded reinforcement is a structure consisting of a system of parallel longitudinal rods connected by transverse bars; thus, cells of a certain area are formed.

Manufacturing features

Longitudinal and transverse rods are welded together and the resulting permanent joint obtains great strength (this type of connection refers to crosswise K1 and K2 connections in accordance with GOST 14098. Reinforcement meshes and cages with such connections should be able to withstand calculated stresses.)

A-I and A-III rebars are used as the main component of reinforcements.

The frame consisting of rebars acts as the massive base for walls, foundations or pavements, without which it is hardly possible to achieve the necessary operational strength.
