Flat reinforcement cages
Flat reinforcement cages made to customer drawings using resistance spot welding.

Cages made with resistance spot welding
We use resistance spot welding to join longitudinal and transverse bars at their intersections. The design specifies the reinforcement arrangement, material and joint requirements.
Design geometry
Drawings define bar positions, lengths, diameters and spacing. The batch specification is agreed before manufacture.
Welded intersections
Bars are joined by resistance spot welding. The joint type and requirements are coordinated with the reinforcement grade and project documentation.
For structural assembly
Flat cages reinforce concrete elements and are used in the assembly of spatial cages as specified by the design.
Inspection and dispatch preparation
The order establishes requirements for geometry, bar positions and welded joints. We agree acceptance arrangements, batch contents by item and the accompanying documents required.
Standards and design requirements
GOST 14098-2014 covers types, configurations and dimensions of welded reinforcement joints. GOST R 57997-2017 sets general technical requirements for welded reinforcement products. Applicability to each order is determined by the project.
What to send for a quote
Send a drawing or specification (KZh or KM project section, if available).
- Quantity of items
- Delivery location
- Preferred delivery date
There is no need to repeat information already shown in the drawing. If the documents are incomplete, describe your task and we will clarify the missing details.
Before you order
What affects the manufacturing price?
We consider the geometry and composition specified in the project, together with the quantity of each item. The estimate is therefore prepared for your particular batch.
How is delivery arranged?
Tell us the site location and your preferred delivery date. Availability, cost and delivery conditions are agreed when preparing the quotation.
